The winery’s vineyards cover 10.8 hectares of the total 20 hectares of privately owned land. Since the first harvest in 2007, cultivation and winemaking have been carried out using certified organic methods.
With respect for nature and its balance, a core principle of the winery is the maintenance of a living and healthy ecosystem.
The region produces grapes of exceptional quality. It has a long winemaking history – it is the land where, according to mythology, Dionysus lived and where the Greek myths of wine were born.
Thanks to the cold, snowy winters and cool summer nights, the ideal conditions are created for producing natural and high-quality grapes, which form the foundation of every good wine.
