We are Tasos Partalis and Giorgos Patsalis – two friends united by a shared passion: the authentic Greek experience, the culture of wine, and the desire to showcase the very best this land has to offer.

Our mission is to connect wine lovers with the people behind each bottle — the producers, the vine growers, the winemakers. We aim to offer authentic, curated wine tasting experiences in some of the most stunning wineries and vineyards across Greece, from Santorini to Naoussa.

Tasos has a long-standing career in the world of wine and is the owner of one of Thessaloniki’s most beloved and vibrant wine bars. With deep knowledge of wine tasting and strong relationships with winemakers from all over Greece, he is a valuable guide to the world of Greek wine.
Giorgos brings years of experience as a senior executive in the fields of business and innovation. He offers strategic insight, operational expertise, and a constant drive to create memorable and meaningful experiences.
