Avaton

It features a vibrant deep purple color and a complex bouquet of spices, with ripe black fruits (blackberry), raisin, coffee, and cocoa. On the palate, refined tannins are supported by abundant fruit, creating a sense of power and balance. The finish is long, with a return of the spicy notes. It has excellent aging potential and is best served at 16–18 °C.
