Emphasis – Assyrtiko

A pale yellow-green color. An expressive nose of peach and white-fleshed fruits, which, as the wine evolves, will develop greater minerality. On the palate, it is full-bodied with dominant acidity that offers a refreshing sensation, while the satisfying volume brings balance and enhances its food-pairing potential.
The finish is long-lasting, with pronounced mineral and fruity notes. Suggested aging even up to 10 years after harvest.
