Nose: Its nose entices with typical varietal aromas of red fruits, especially black cherry, pleasantly enveloped in scents of cedar wood, nutmeg and vanilla. Palate: Expect a wonderful wine with a fruit-driven core of mellow plummy flavours and a hint of dark chocolate on a pleasantly long finish. The strong tannins are well integrated in its firm structure that gives it great ageing potential. Pairings: Plagios Red teams up very well with a variety of stews and grilled meats with spicy sauces as well as fatty cheeses.
