Plagios – White

Nose: It smells surprisingly floral and mineral followed by intense aromas of ripe yellow stone fruit, citrus zest and cedar. Palate: Plagios White is a fuller-flavoured dry white wine with a broad and creamy palate with sappy acidity to balance. Its long yet bright, fruity taste gives way to a lengthy honeyed finish of vanilla and hazelnut praline. Pairings: This rewarding Chardonnay is a great food companion to fatty fish, creamy pasta dishes and risottos, poultry and mature cheeses.
