Aged in oak barrels for six months, this wine is of a green-yellow hue, complex to the nose, with an aroma of wood, spices and citrus fruit. Dense but not heavy on the palate, with a balanced presence of oak flavor. To accompany shellfish, fish and white meat. Skin contact in stainless steel tanks and fermentation under a controlled temperature of 16-18oc. On completion of fermentation, the wine is decanted to new oak barrels.
