Το Οινοποιείο Δουλουφάκη, με έδρα τις Δαφνές Ηρακλείου Κρήτης, αποτελεί μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση με παράδοση από το 1930, που σήμερα διευθύνεται από τον οινολόγο Νίκο Δουλουφάκη, τρίτη γενιά. Με ιδιόκτητους βιολογικούς αμπελώνες και έμφαση στις ντόπιες ποικιλίες όπως Λιάτικο και Βιδιανό, το οινοποιείο παράγει κρασιά που συνδυάζουν την κρητική ταυτότητα με σύγχρονες τεχνικές οινοποίησης.
