Established in 1996, the winery is located in the area of Nea Mesimvria, just a few kilometers from Thessaloniki, at an altitude of 200 meters.
The area has a long tradition in viticulture, with an ideal climate characterized by cold winters and hot summers, and sandy-clay soil. The vineyards are arranged in a linear layout.
In addition to its own vineyards, the winery sources grapes from local growers and other regions of Greece.
Annual production reaches approximately 3,000 tons of wine, with 70% coming from the Roditis variety, used to produce the traditional Greek Retsina. Other cultivated varieties include: White Wines: Sauvignon Blanc (SB), Assyrtiko, Malagousia, Muscat of Alexandria, Red Wines: Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon Dessert/Sweet Wines: Muscat of Hamburg.
