Ktima Pavlidis was founded in 1998 by Christoforos Pavlidis, a marble businessman. An unexploited area of about 20 hectares, on the west side of the city, was the one that had caught his attention. It is a narrow valley surrounded amphitheatrically by three big mountains (Falakro, Menikio, and Pangeo); in the middle of them, the Aegean Sea.
The third generation of the Paterianakis family, Emmanuela and Niki, are continuing the wine tradition of organic farming, creating authentic Cretan wines with a strong personality.

Ktima Gerovassiliou is the creation of Vangelis Gerovassiliou. In 1981, he began the revival of the family’s 2.5-hectare vineyard in the Papamola area of Epanomi, approximately 25 kilometers southeast of Thessaloniki. In this ideal ecosystem, he planted mainly Greek, but also international, grape varieties.
The winery, with its distinctive architecture, is built within the central vineyard and harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape, offering panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards from all sides. It is fully equipped with modern facilities to produce high-quality wines.

The Silva Daskalakis Winery is based in the Heraklion region, specifically in the village of Siva. The broader area belongs to one of the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) zones – PDO Dafnes, which concerns the Liatiko grape variety. The name SILVA derives from the toponym Siva (si-wa), which refers to the god Siva (Dionysus) and is preserved in the oldest "living" religion on the planet, Hinduism. It is a small village, 17 km outside of Heraklion, with significant historical richness, as it was a site of worship in the broader region.
Zafeirakis family has been practicing viticulture for more than 100 years.Christos Zafeirakis, the 4th generation winemaker, studied Enology in the University of Athens and continued his studies in the University of Turin and the Agricultural University of Milan for his Master’s degree in Winery Management while he worked for several years in different Italian regions like Piemonte, Alto Adige and Tuscany.
