Pet-Nat, short for Pétillant Naturel, is a sparkling wine that has its roots in the ancient French Méthode Ancestrale. It is bottled before fermentation is complete, imprinting fine bubbles in each bottle – a unique expression of our terroir. Versatile with light dishes and ideal as an aperitif. Serve at 8°C.
