Cancellation & Refund Policy
The following terms apply to all experience bookings made through the platform tastegreekwines.com.
Cancellation by the Customer
The customer may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled experience. In this case, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund.
No Show
If the customer does not show up on the scheduled date and time, the booking is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
Platform Operation
The tastegreekwines.com platform operates as an intermediary between customers and partner wineries, and refunds are processed through the platform in accordance with the above terms.
