Booking & Payment

A booking is considered valid only after full payment is completed through the platform. The customer receives a confirmation email with all relevant details.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled visit. In this case, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations made less than 2 days before the visit are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is also allowed up to 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability from the winery.

Receipt of Services

The receipt for the wine tasting experience is issued by the winery on the day of the visit. The platform is not responsible for issuing any fiscal documents.
