Passas Winery & Distillery is a small family-owned winery and distillery located in Stavrochori, Xanthi, in the Nestos Valley.
Our work begins in the vineyard and is rooted in careful cultivation, close monitoring of the vineyard plots, and the highlighting of the unique microclimate of the area. The Nestos River, the surrounding mountains, and the diversity of the landscape influence grape ripening and impart to our wines freshness, balance, and a strong sense of place.
The winery focuses on Greek and local varieties, with a particular interest in Mavroudi, Vidiano, and other varieties that can best express the character of Thrace and the Nestos Valley.
