Mavroudi is a variety closely tied to our land and the potential of viticulture in Northern Greece. With this single-varietal wine, we wanted to highlight its authentic character through the distinctive features of the Nestos Valley. Low yields per acre, careful selection of grapes, and maturation for one year in oak barrels have created a wine with depth, structure, and vibrant acidity, where ripe fruit coexists with spicy and earthy notes. It is a wine that expresses our own approach to Mavroudi: authenticity, balance, and a clear sense of place.
